I tried using my Hio webcam to scan a QR code. everthing seemed normal until I stated the scan. I was thn asked for connection to another program like Pin or Bing. I do not know what this means?

Using Kiyo webcam to scan a QR code. When I try to scan a QR code I am asked for another app like Bing or Ping. i am not sure what this means?
