I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced a similar issue and could help me.
I have a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate headphones. They were working fine last week, but since yesterday I've been having problems.
At first, they connect properly, but after a short time they seem to disconnect and my PC no longer detects them.
I tried running the RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility_v1.01.00.exe tool — it worked temporarily, but then the issue came back.
Has anyone here found a fix for this?
I have the same issue that just started a few days ago. None of the online fixes work. My family bought 3 of the Razer Nari ultimate headsets over the past few years and every one of them has done this. These headsets are not worth the money & Razer has known of this issue for years without fixing it. I will never buy another wireless product from Razer again.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
