Has anyone had the issue where the kiyo pro was working fine then all of a sudden it’s not focusing and nothing but a a fuzzy image now I’ve unplugged it and tried different usb ports that didn’t work I’ve also tried uninstalling razer apps and reinstalling that didn’t work either I’m at a loss here and the camera isn’t that old I just bought it few months ago

I get your disappointment experiencing this with your camera. Just for isolation, can you disable Synapse by following the steps from ths link to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the image issue.
