Huntsman V3 Pro TKL keys not registering

I recently bought the razer huntsman v3 pro TKL and after a week or so , while I was playing a game my keys stopped registering. All my lighting and media keys work perfectly but all of my other keys are completely dead. I tried to change ports, change the cable, reset ot with esc caps space unplug re plug, i tried to connect it to onther system and nothing seems to work. Plus I replugged my old keyboard and it works . Please send help cause im need of it

It would seem that your keyboard is already defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a short video clip highlighting the input issue and a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can validate your warranty entitlement. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
