Hi,I recently bought a Kraken V4, and I’m already experiencing issues on day one.When using the headset wirelessly via the USB-C dongle, everything works fine. Windows recognizes two audio devices in the sound settings: the Game channel and the Voice channel.However, when I plug in the charging cable that comes with the headset, two additional audio devices appear in Windows sound settings, bringing the total to four (two from the dongle and two from the charging cable).The issue is that as soon as I connect the charging cable, the headset automatically switches to the wired USB audio devices and prioritizes them over the dongle devices. Even if I try to manually switching back to the dongle, it won’t work because there is no sound—the wired connection has priority over the dongle.The dongle devices in Windows sound setting will only produce sound when I disconnect the charging cable.This is very frustrating.Is there a fix for this?  

I recently purchased the Wolverine v3 pro for my new pc with windows 11. I downloaded razor synapse on my pc and when i plug in the wired connection to my motherboard with the provide USB cable it does not detect the controller. I do not have any other razer item connected to my PC. Can someone help my computer detect the brand new controller i just purchased. 

I recently bought  my razor black shark v3 and my  detachable mic broke and I was wondering where do I buy a replacement because I don’t see one nowhere and it was just taking me to black shark v2 replacement 

I recently bought the razer huntsman v3 pro TKL and after a week or so , while I was playing a game my keys stopped registering. All my lighting and media keys work perfectly but all of my other keys are completely dead. I tried to change ports, change the cable, reset ot with esc caps space unplug re plug, i tried to connect it to onther system and nothing seems to work. Plus I replugged my old keyboard and it works . Please send help cause im need of it

So I bought this Barracuda Pro Headset and I’m using it for 3 months, then after the latest update it always blinks red even tho it is charged to 80% and above.The only way to eliminate the blinking red light was turning it on the headset WHILE charger is plugged and remove the charger, then turn it off.After some time it can no longer charge to a 100% even if I charge it for more than 4 hours and it just stays on 70% and the battery goes to 20-30% in 4-5 hoursI think this is a firmware update issue or the battery.PLEASE RAZER, FIX YOUR FIRMWAREWhat do you guys think?

I've had a Razer Iskur v2 chair for several months, but I can't adjust the lumbar support to my body size. I often get lower back pain. How do you adjust your support? How many turns of the dial do you use to reach the comfort zone without any pain? I'm 5'9" and can't find any comfort.

Hello :) As the title says, I’m looking for someone better qualified than I am to help me decide on the right Razer headset for me. For context, I’ve been using the Razer Nari ever since I got it 5 years ago all the way back in 2020 and it is by far the best headset I’ve ever used both in terms of performance and comfort, and it breaks my heart that I happened to be careless enough one day that led me to accidentally letting it fall from a significant height that resulted in one side of the swivel part of the ear to snap off. Even still, this headset is so dear to me that I have been trying to keep it somewhat together with some tape, because it still works and sounds perfectly well apart from the fact that it’s hanging on by a wire on one side, though I understand that is no permanent solution by any means. Honestly, I’ve been poring over reviews across multiple platforms trying to figure out which headset to invest in, but I’m finding myself both confused and overwhelmed by the diffe

Where should I plug in the cable for the front panel LED of the Razer Tomahawk ATX?

I’m using a Razer Viper V3 Pro. My mouse has an issue — when I connect the Razer cable to either the dongle or the mouse, neither of them is detected, and I can’t move my mouse. The Razer cable only charges it. However, when I plug my dongle into an iPhone charging cable, the mouse works and I can move it normally.

I have Razer Kraken Kitty V2, quartz edition. For some time now I have a problem: my headphones lighting is not working correctly. Left side is green while the right side is blue. No matter what I do, the lights are always incorrect,  different color and different color on the sides. I tried everything internet suggested: updating synapse, plugging somewhere else, resetting and still nothing. It's irritating and I feel hopeless. They're like this on PC and Ps5 as well. I would really appreciate some help.

I did updated firmware of my razer blackshark v3 pro already but it’s still showing i need to update firmware and i tried to reinstall it but it’s said my firmware is latest How do i reinstall firmware ? pls help

TL:DR - the keys break quickly with only light use, Razer will not supply replacement keys. Has anyone else had this issue or am I just unlucky? I have been using Razer products for a very long time. This is the fourth or fifth gaming pad I have bought from them.I bought this in late April, and after light use, by late June one key was broken (A) and W and D showed signs of imminenent breakage. I’m buying a razer blade 16 2025, with the Ryzen AI 9 365 32 gigs of ram, I’m thinking of buying it with the 5070, but I’m thinking wearther or not its worth to give about 180 euros more (that’s the difference when including discounts, VAT returs and stuff) to get the ti. Im even considering just sticking with a 5060 (for 350 euros less) if the difference is small, but since it only comes with 16 gigs of ram, I consider it unlikely. I’d love to hear your ideas on the topic, any support is appriciated.

I tried using my Hio webcam to scan a QR code. everthing seemed normal until I stated the scan. I was thn asked for connection to another program like Pin or Bing. I do not know what this means?

Has anyone had the issue where the kiyo pro was working fine then all of a sudden it’s not focusing and nothing but a a fuzzy image now I’ve unplugged it and tried different usb ports that didn’t work I’ve also tried uninstalling razer apps and reinstalling that didn’t work either I’m at a loss here and the camera isn’t that old I just bought it few months ago

My question is: There is a field where I can select my platform, like Pc or PlayStation the headsets have different designs. I play on PlayStation but I like the Pc design better does the Headset still work when I play withe the “Pc” Headset on PlayStation?
