Wolverine v3 pro D pad bug out of the box

I bought a Wolverine v3 pro for Xbox just yesterday and played one game perfectly fine, the next morning I went to play some more and the dpad was stuck left and no matter how many updates or resets or inputs I changed I couldn’t manage to get it to work. Does anyone know a way to fix this or should I just buy a whole new controller

Does the issue persist when using the controller via the dongle and a wired connection? Please try downloading the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app on your PC or console. It should prompt you if a newer firmware version is available. You can also update the controller using the firmware updater here. If the issue still persists, please test the dongle on another USB port and make sure the device is powered on. If the same problem continues, please PM me the device serial number and proof of purchase. I’d also appreciate it if you could share a short video showing the issue so I can take a closer look.
