I let’s recharge my headset over 4 hours (turned off) after the headset is low. After i turned on, it’s yell there low battery without explaination. I got green blinking after the charge and they still said battery low. What’s the heck is this kind of firmware?! Razer can you fix the firmware issue?! It’s become a problem over charging system or provide a new solution for our issue?!

I think i find out how to fix this problem . Anyway it works with my razer headset.
1.first charge it to 20% → reboot them →connect headset to your phone → continue charging

Good news razer did an update for barracuda x 2022 having the battery issue while being off. I just installed the update and finally worked, my girlfriend had the same issue, did the same, update and worked!!! So probably this has been fixed already here is the link for the update:

this seems to have fixed it for me, just update the firmare using your pc or laptop and it it solved
