Just bought one of these chroma stands and so far I am having a major issues on the USB ports:



1) Is show that the 3 ports are 3.0 USB ports but when I plug in an external hard disk drive to those 3 ports the ext hdd cannot being detect but when I plug the ext hdd back to my own PC 3.0 USB port is working fine.



By the way, I try to plug in a normal usb pendrive to the chroma stands usb port is detect and work.



Is there any fix or need to download other driver to support? Is it the stand USB port power is not strong enough for an ext hdd?
