Razer has disappointed me again and again. Their equipment always falls apart in less than a year, synapse has had many issues for years with no fix, and their customer service never helps. Deleting the synapse app is the one thing that resolves its issues. It is ridiculous. Recently bought a Logitech headset after the pain that were the Krakens and wow it is a night and day difference between these companies.
