Hi


I need help regarding reloading with razer gold pins. I bought them from an authorized reseller Datablitz Digital store for PH region.

However when using the pins I get invalid pincode error 70657.

I'd like to get some help please

Yas same to Me its been 2 days i think from now and earlier this day i buy again another razer gold pin but its the same error (error 70657) pls fix my case too

 and this is my ticket ID / 230417-001882. 

I bought razer gold pin from genuine seller in Lazada (Thailand) and every codes work but when I bought like 6th or 7th code.

It said invalid pin. I didn’t get any response when I send the ticket .

my ticket number: 230420-001362

I really want to recharge and the game has limited time offer. I have a proof that I’m using my own account and I want to recharge it to my own razer account.

Please help.

I found a solution: you only need to copy the first 14 numbers before the hyphen. Last time I bought a Razer Gold card with $10 and there were just 14 numbers there.

I think most of us here only inputted 14 numbers to which razer said it need 19. I inputted 14 numbers only but it only says error like what the others are experiencing
