I tried reloading through paypal and it worked once, then for no reason at all it doesn't work. Transaction fails every time.
No it's not paypal's fault. Steam gave me no trouble at all; quick, clean, and easy payment. No stress, no delays, no issue shoved in my face.
I tried my mastercard next and yeah it fails. But razer gold still takes my money anyway. Now I have to wait until it's refunded. If these people will refund me, that is.
Look, razer gold, stop making things hard maybe? Take down your broken payment system please. I get that you want to laze. Who doesn't? But stop relying on a trashy AI that decides on a whim who gets to pay and who doesn't.
And yeah don't tell me to submit a ticket because I already did.

Update: Made payment go through, no thanks to support.
Did it by filling in profile.
1) Changed my profile picture to black.
2) Added my mobile number.
3) Added a recovery email.
4) Filled in personal info and billing address. Matched name to card.
Maybe this is temporary. Maybe the system will anal me again because it feels like it. Or maybe the AI will be satisfied with my efforts to show I am who the fuck I am and lay the fuck off for good. And if this proves to be a permanent fix, maybe Razer Gold should stop asking to submit bloody tickets and tell us to complete our profiles before taking out our wallets.
