Mogul Arena is not a part of razer, so you would have to contact their support. You can contact them by going to any of the mogul sites (such as arena or esports elite), scroll all the way down and click the support button.

For the quickest answer to your queries you can try the Mogul community discord. You can find an admin there a lot of times and they will look into your issue right there and then.
