upgrade the zgold make my zsilver has a validity period, how can i save my zsilver for a long time? previous i collect it is been a long time

Hi,

Fist i paid thru Razer buying a online game and everything was fine, then suddenly maintenance appeared. I could not confirmed my thru Razer payments thru my bank because it always failed. So i tried MOL thru Dragon pay just this 1st day of the month of December i received confirmation the third of the day i was upset because MOL reply confirmation thru my email was Failed due to - Error: Your account is not registered in our system yet o_O WHAT? i tried to online chat customer support they just give me Ticket and Case number. then until now i cant used my gold. Please expedite this issue it should be fix lots of customer including me was not happy about it.

yah right ... so far i'm totally dissapionted:

1. i select euro ( no country guide what is best to select during the upgrade process )

2. try to buy gold with paypal ( as before ) :
- for same amount of 80 usd value i need ( cost 8000 zGold before), now i need 71 gold , BUT i should pay more in the end ( as paypal currency convertor show in final step )
- all buying attempts end with transaction pending BUT transaction history remain empty ... no fund taked or hold on bank account... and if i don't take manually screenshot i have no prove of anything.

3. So, buy with paypal = is a total failure so far, and if a transaction should take 2-3 working days, then what is the point to use gold anymore ? until i succede to get gold my game bonus can expire ... also other online payments are instantly ( as zGold use to be )

.... so where are the improvements ? because i only get problems.

P.S. i was using in the past zGold with paypal and was just fine, so is not first time ....

Is there other ways for someone like me that games on Razer Phone 2, how can I earn more silver? Is there tourney's coming to mobile , maybe like pubg ? Or like if we play a game a certain amount of time then can earn more, instead for the logs in and playing for more than 3min for 2 games

Same here. I can't top up via my Paypal anymore because of region restrictions. Turn out the item is region-lock to Asia. I tried to create an Asia Razer Gold account, and they apply the crazy exchange rate. I paid more than 10k$ before they "upgrade" Razer Gold, and now it is time to say goodbye.

Ideally I'd like there to be GPUs in the store so I can mine the silver quicker and load my game's graphics(w/ more FPS) quicker too. I'm looking into saving my silver for one in 2022 or 2x of them in 2025. This may require a partnering w/ nvidia or intel or amd for their gpu's and not making a 4th place razer in the gpu market

That's impossible.
Zsilvers have one year life validity so you can't store them for so long (and by the way that's a far away vision of the future that you have:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:).
