I have two razor basilisk ultimate mice. One for my WFH setup and one for my gaming PC. I found today the one for my gaming pc didn't charge overnight. I tried cleaning it and all the other recommended steps and still it wouldn't charge... here is the weird part. It will charge on the other ones dock... my work PC basilisk will charge on both docks. But my gaming pc one will now only charge on the work pc doc. I have no reasonable explaination for why or how this could be. The work basilisk ultimate charges on either doc, the gaming pc stopped charging on the doc that came with it and now only will charge on the other doc I have. What can I do to fix this besides switch them?

Just an FYI I started charging the mice on the opposite chargers… and then 2 days later it just started charging again just fine. Makes no sense whatsoever. Any Insight would be appreciated. I have lots of razor products and they are not cheap and having the software work is just as important as the hardware. due to this and the random disconnecting issues despite reinstalling all drivers… As these devices fail you are losing a customer to someone else if you don’t help Razor.
