2 Razor 15 laptops swollen and dead....

I have a Razor 15 as does my 14 year old daughter. We use them very differently and yet at the same time both are swelling... and now out of warranty. I am rather confused and upset and it sounds like this is a systemic issue. I really can't afford high repair costs at this point.

    I purchased a replacement battery off amazon around 80 bucks. there were youtube videos how to repair it. it was easy only took about 15 minutes.
