2nd headset in the past 3 years that have broken. What's the refund policy?


This is the 2nd razer headset I’ve had in the past 3 years. One malfunctioned on use, most recent didn’t, and under 12 months, my new headset is broken again. Is it just cheaply made? Terrible cables or something? I don’t have the box to send it back in. I just want a replacement or refund for this. $800 for two headsets that can’t function in the long run. 

 

My headset was functioning right, but now pops every second and refuses to stay connected to my pc. It’s not a port problem, and the cables don’t look to have any damage. I uninstalled synapse and it worked fine for 2 whole minutes. Then broke again. Anything I can do?
