Hi, 

I just bought the Barracuda X 2022, and i was wondering if updating the Frimware and activating the 7.1 Surround Sound, does these changes makes a difference when i use the headset on my Ps5?, Thank you.

    Hi @directfunPalePlum855,

     

    I don’t believe there’s an available firmware for the Razer Barracuda X 2022. The 7.1 Surround Sound can be activated using the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app so it cannot be carried over when you use the headset on a console.       Anyone knows how to request support for Razer RMA? i can´t do it in Razer Site because redirects me to a Zendesk site with a error "This company doesn´t use Help Center Anymore"
