7.1 sound is not working

I have the Razer Kraken V3 X Hedset and everything is working, except the 7.1 sound. I have the software for it, but the software tells me to select the Razer Kraken V3 pro (7.1) as a default output device, but this just doesnt show up. I hope someone can help me, and sorry for my english (im german)
