7.1 surround activation code not working

hi i brought the kraken x lite earphones and the serial code i got for the surround sound activation isn't working, I've registered the product and ran through the help to get another 7.1 activation code but when i get to the end it says there's no code for my headset??? so were can i get the activation code for it?? if i cant get one ill just return the headset.
