7.1 SURROUND KEY
Good afternoon, I bought your RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 USB product, but there was no 7.1 surround code in it, tell me what to do?
I bought the same model and got a voucher with an activation code but it says "The 7.1 Surround Sound code for this model is not available, please click here to contact customer support."
once I click the here button it takes me back to entering the product S/N leaving me in an endless loop!
+11_W1mp_1Blackshark V2 comes with THX Spatial, which is available through Synapse 3 software (Audio -> Mixer tab). No activation needed.

larrys614You need to register your headset with your RazerID account, then you'll receive activation code on email.
I have the exact same problem. Kraken V3 X USB. Stuck in a loop.
