7.1 Surround No Authentication Found

I have an authentication code sent to my email from Razer after registering my Kraken V3X. Trying to log in to the Surround Sound software I'm getting the No Authentication Found error. I have: - uninstalled, restarted, installed, tried to log in. - uninstalled, restarted, installed, restarted, tried to log in. - uninstalled, installed, tried to log in. - uninstalled, restarted, waited a half hour, installed, tried to log in. It isn't even letting me log in to get to a screen where I can enter my authentication code. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Trying to contact support for the surround sound is pretty much impossible.
