7.1 surround sound app not working

I can't activate my surround sound because the app for it fails to start. Nothing happens when I click on it. I am logged in the Razer engine app, I can see my acount, and when I click on it, it just sends me to my account on the web. As a result, my 7.1 Barracuda X are not working at all. I tried reinstalling everything, all my drivers are updated, and it's not a firewall issue.

Have you tried ending the Razer 7.1 surround sound app process in the task manager or restarting your PC for further isolation? If that didn't help, let me know through PM so I can start a case and raise your concern to the software team so they can have a closer look at the problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
