7.1 Surround Sound code problem.

Good day. I received the Ryzen Kraken Ultimate headphones on 24.12.... I did not receive the activation code to activate 7.1 surround sound with the shipment. Without such a function, the headphones are absolutely useless to me and I don't know how and where to get the code. Every time it sends me to the page: How to activate and use 7.1 Surround Sound, but there is absolutely no indication of how to formulate the activation key to make it work. Then when I want to write to someone from ryzen, it sends me to the page: 7.1 Surround Sound Code and after I enter the serial number, it writes me this: Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1...... Any help, advice what to do with it? As I already wrote below, headphones without the 7.1 function are of no use to me, and my husband can just throw them away with them.. :) thank you very much for your help and support. (I'm sorry, I'm using a translator because I work in the CZECH REPUBLIC) Maybe that's the reason why I can't activate 7.1 Surround Sound. Thanks again everyone.
