7.1 Surround Sound does not appear in output devices on Windows 11

The other day I bought Razer BlackShark V2 X, installed Surround Sound (on Windows 11), entered the activation code, but I did not have 7.1 Surround Sound in the output devices. After reading about this problem on the forums, I installed THX, but I just have a blank screen in it, although it is clear that I logged into the account. As a result, how to fix the problem with Surround Sound?
