7.1 surround sound not appearing

Hello i just got my new Blackshark v2 wired. and used the activation code and all that for the 7.1 surround sound but I can find anywhere to make it the default output so I can select my headset. I'm on windows 11 and I have tried everything but nothing is working. is there anyone who has a solution

Same problem--I installed it and it worked fine on my home computer using Windows 10--at a relatives and trying to get it working on a Windows 11 Machine, does not even recognize it is plugged into the jacks.
Then the Razor moderator locks my thread and says we will get back to you?? I have a bad feeling this headset will not work on Windows 11.
did you find a solution??
it does not appear for me nomatter how many times i reinstall (i use windows 10 x64)
ive tried for hours but nothing works, then i went to search for other people facing the same problem but couldn’t find any except this
