7.1 Surround Sound not showing audio device

Question

Installed the software for my BlackShark v2 X, shows correct output device but get no audio. Audio comes back if I switch back to Realtek Audio in Windows option though. I’ve followed the vid and set 7.1 to default, I tried a fix that was on reddit of installing legacy whatever in device manager. 7.1 Surround Sound option active in windows (set as default) and also correctly picked up in software, but still no audio.
