7.1 Surround sound software does not work

Hello, I cannot get the Surround sound software to work. after install it does not ask for activation code or anything. Just kinda sits there. If i click the option to register or something like to create login it disappears. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software. After installing software i also tried rebooting laptop. when i double click desktop icon nothing happens. I have tried running it administrator mode to. is this suppose to work with windows 11?

    Did you already try to reboot your PC? You can also check for Windows updates and Synapse 3 updates as well if you have it installed.
