7.1 Surround Sound won't launch

Hi there, I can't activate my surround sound because the app for it fails to launch. Nothing happens when I click on it. In the lower right corner I can see I am logged in to the Razer engine app, I can see my account, and when I click on it, it just sends me to my account on the web. I can't see anything related to 7.1 Surround Sound though. I tried reinstalling, checking my computer for updates, restarting, kill the processes in the task manager but nothing seems to work. As a result, I can't enter my code for my pair of Kraken X and enjoy the 7.1 audio settings. I can, however, get normal audio through the headphones. Can anyone help me?
