I have not received a response. Three days ago I raised this problem and until now I have not found a solution to it.

I also have a similar problem. Today, the Razer Synapse Software updated, and I do not have my usual playback devices anymore. I had one called Speakers (THX Spatial Synapse), which I used, but now it is gone). And the little green LED on my THX controller is not lighting anymore. Now I have to use one of these 2, which sound worse, no matter what I do. Headphones: Razer Kraken Tournament Editionsame hereTHX device disappearead, THX LED not functioning anymor.But, if I press the THX button, in synapse I see the mode changing (from Stereo to THX and vice versa)Razer pls solve this! Or at least provide explanation whats happening.
