I have two pairs of Kraken Kitty Edition and Kraken tournament Edition headphones and do not have an activation code for them. I tried to create it on the website, but with both headphones I get the message "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products". What can I do now to duplicate this code?

    Both the Razer Kraken Kitty edition and Kraken TE headsets are already THX-enabled. You just need to install the Synapse 3 application and toggle on the THX audio. You can check this guide for the steps on how to enable the THX surround through Synapse 3.
