I ordered the Razer Basilisk Ultimate Wireless Mouse from Amazon warehouse. When it arrived, it was clear the item had been used (which isn’t an issue for me) but it was missing the USB dongle. The mouse works fine when I use the cord, but before I initiate a return with Amazon, I was curious if Razor would ship a new dongle. I know I can purchase a replacement, but I’d rather return it than have to spend more to make it work.

Have you tried reaching out to the reseller about your concern? You can take advantage of your warranty from them so they can provide the missing wireless USB dongle.
