During the transaction, Razer's webpage crashed, so I spent 3491 Golds but got nothing, and the transaction history could not display any details.
it said "Success" but I don't think so.
This happened on 12/22. Since then I have been sending complaints every two days as I have not received any response.
I really need my money back before the Christmas discount ends. Help!!!!!!!
