Ativar speaker 7.1 surround sound

Meu sistema estava bugado e tive que reinstalar o app 7.1 surround sound para ativar o 7.1, o bug continuou e tive que desinstalar os drives de audio para reinstalar e testar, agora nao consigo instalar o drive ‘’speaker 7.1 surround sound’’ para ativá-lo, o que devo fazer?

my problem is i don’t use the first time the good “périphérique” i need to have 7.1 Surround Sound into the casque “realtek(R) Audio)

i can’t change that with uninstall app how can i remove my problem ? the sound is weird
