In my headset left side is getting higher audio and bass than right side. I have tried on phone and different PCs so far.
I have the same problem with my new blackshark v2 , is it an software issue or hardware

If you bought it at amazon, then return it to amazon.
But amazon dosent take returns after 10 days. They asked me to contact Razer
