Bad model

I bought a deathadder v2 pro mouse about 2 months ago, but the wireless does not work as of 28/07/2023, no matter what I did, the wireless does not work, I am disappointed, I will definitely not buy the razer brand again, I will not buy it, it was really disappointing, I did not expect such a bad model...
