razer barracuda dont connecting with cabel type C. When i connect my Type C dongle(2,4 GHz) in cable USB A-Type C(this cable was from complect) to my computer, computer dont see this connect. But if i am use only dongle Type C from type C connection from computer, connecttion work. When I connect via cable it does not work, but if it works directly via USB C. That is, the dongle does not work through the cable that comes with it? Bought 2 days ago. Works via bluetooth to phone. Through a third-party bluetooth adapter too. How to reset headphones to factory settings? Or how can I fix the problem? And after the purchase, it worked through the cable for 1 day, then connected it to the phone and stopped. I reinstalled all the drivers, windows, synapse, everything more than once. Does not help.

Headphones do not connect directly to the computer via a USB-С cable. However, the USB-A to USB-C extension cable must work with the dongle.
There is also no way to factory reset the headphones.
