Hi. I purchased a barracuda x headset November 2021.
it’s stop connecting to the dongle.
dongle plugged into ps4 but just won’t connect.
order says these have a 2 year warranty but the website seems impossible to actually contact anyone to discuss issue or ask for help or replacement!
