First, sorry for english is not my first language.
I just bought some Barracuda X 2022 headphones. When I connect the headphones to the mobile via the dongle they work great but when I connect them to the PC (Windows 10 Laptop) it goes fatal, they are heard as interference reminiscent of radio interference and it is heard times super distorted.
Nor do they appear in the Synapse 3 app, I have tried to reinstall it entirely but still nothing. Nor have I seen Drivers or Firmware online to update them.
I don't know if anyone who has the same headphones has had the same problem and knows how to fix it.
