I bought a new Barracuda x and the mic was not working with bluetooth or with the usb-c dongle. I have updated the headsets firmware to version 1.6.0 and the mic is still not working. I have cleanet out the port and everything. I have tried the mic on my phone and PC and enabled everything. The mic only works when I use the audio cable. Please help!
