I've registered my headsets on my account and when I ask for a new code e tells me to register a new product.



No code sent to email, cant ask for a new one, what am I suppose to do?
I need help too. Im in the same stiuation

But if this will not work, then you’ll need to contact Razer Support directly: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/


The support website  just led me to input product s/n again and again, and told me I need to register, then register page told me I have registered! I can't even got a chance to send email or talk to someone from support. Why is a registration code so hard to get?

It’s what I purchased. Barracuda X (2022). I have registered, and submitted the invoice from BestBuy.

If you’re still having issues activating the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app, please PM me the serial number and your Razer ID/Email so I can validate its model and check your account in our system. I may also need to start a support case so we can request a new activation code. Thanks!
