I recently bought this headset and I tried charging it for the first time. It was blinking red so I thought it was charging, when it starts blinking green I thought it was fully charged. So I started playing and I was shocked to hear “LOW BATTERY” from the headset. I downloaded Razer Audio App and found out that the headset only has 17% battery. I charged it successfully but when I close the Razer App it stops charging. Do I need to keep this app open to ensure it is charging?

I’m here to help. To isolate the issue, please make sure to update your Razer Barracuda X (2022) firmware by following the steps here. If the same problem persists, try to perform battery calibration. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%.
