Good evening. I recently bought the Barracuda x chroma and I am trying to pair the set to my pc ( i dont have bluetooth) with the usb C but it wont pair.
When i connect to my Razer synapse app i see the icon of the headset and if i hover my mouse i get the pop up " device is switched off"
I tried connecting the set to my laptop with bluetooth and it was succesfull but on my pc I can not.
The problem is only with the usb-c dongle.
