Barracuda X - Mic cutting out & connection problems

I have ordered the Razer Barracuda X and didnt have any problems for weeks. However, sometimes it had minor connection issues. I have it connected wireless via the USB-C dongle. If i restart my PC it works again and the headset will pair. However, the big problem is, that my mic cuts out all the time now. I have no idea why. If i am in Discord/ or any Speed Test game ingame my mic cuts out every couple of minutes and they either hear nothing or just robotic voice which they cant really hear what I am saying. And my ping is always stable during that time so it has to be my mic.. Does anyone know a fix for that? Or has anyone ever experienced these problems?
