My mic suddenly stopped working out of nowhere. I tried out a ‘universal’ Razer mic and it works perfectly. Just wondering if anyone has tried to claim warranty replacement? Kinda sucks buying an expensive product like this only for it to die on you even if you take care of it.
*My basilisk V3’s thumb buttons are also already failing after just a year of use. I don’t even game on it much. 💩
