Hi all
we’ve got 2 x 2022 barracuda headsets that both have the same issues- the mics work intermittently.
my kids use them on Fortnight and it doesn’t make a difference whether they use the audio cable or the dongle (playing on switch). The sound always works. Sometimes the mics work sometimes they don’t- we’ve e swapped the mics between them and used a 3rd party mic too- all work sometimes so I’m beginning to think it’s the headset not the mics themselves -
any ideas??
I haven’t updated firmware as we’re a Mac household and I think firmware updater only runs on PC
