Barracuda X power issue

I was using the headset, and it suddenly turned off and wouldn’t power on.  I thought that the battery had died and so I plugged it in to charge it, led started blinking red.  Left it charging. But today when I tried to use the headset and it still won't power on.  Regardless of how long I press the power button.  The led is blinking green but it is not a steady blink, it  looks like a code.  It is 2  blinks,  followed by a long pause, then repeats.    Any suggestions on how to recover it would be great.  As it is...it is just a paperweight.
