As the subject stated, Barracuda X turns off randomly without an actually feedback, and i have to hold the powerbutton and turn it back on from time to time. new items, battery full charged, did connected to razer audio apps to turn off auto shut but still nothing works.
Saw few similar threads on the support forum and you razer team done nothing to help your consumer to solve the issue.

I’m here to help. When did the issue start to happen? Were there any changes made to your device? Were there any incidents that occurred to your headset before the problem? i.e., dropped, accidental pull while standing up, etc. Please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options.
