barracuda x won't charge and first time charging it

My barracuda x won’t charge and this is the first time I have had to charge it. I tried on 3 separate occasions to charge it. 2 on a spare charger for several hours and 1 on the actual charger over the time of 9 hours. Yet it won’t charge.

So I might have fixed the issue myself. Factory restoring it seems to have gotten rid of “low battery” alert and I am testing to see if that fixed the issue all together since they just turned back on without that alert.

Yes pressing and holding the power button until it reset fixed the issue.
