Basilik v3 PRO while on DOCK PRO not pulsating battery level color

Basilik V3 Pro is synced properly with the Dock pro. Drivers are updated (mouse & dock pro charger) , windows updated, razor synapse 3 updated, pins cleaned on the chargeing puck & mouse pins , the Dock charging puck is securely in the mouse... The mouses battery level is displayed properly on the Dock Pro charger but when I put my Basilik v3 pro on the charging Doc, it doesn't pulse battery level colors while it's charging.
