My mouse is registering on my PC, however it isn’t showing up on synapse and the left click doesn’t work at all. Originally it was showing up on synapse saying that the left click button wasn’t assigned (unassigned itself overnight?), and now it won’t appear at all. Have tried hard resetting the mouse, reinstalling the drivers, updating windows, using different USB ports. Can’t work out why it isn’t working. Can anyone help?

Hi Camwun,
Even if the mouse is not recognized through Synapse, are you still able to move the cursor with it? Make sure that you are directly plugging in your device to a USB port on your PC and not to a USB hub. Also, try logging in to Razer Synapse using the test account credentials below and check if the same problem persists.
